The team at Hathaway Styles have spent a great deal of time trying to bring you highly detailed images which highlight the products intrinsic merits. Although we feel our product images are of a high quality they can vary depending on your computer screen settings and limitations. We therefore cannot guarantee product images to be an absolutely accurate representation of our actual products. Product images have been magnified and products shown are not actual size.

Special Sizes

The vast majority of our rings are offered in sizes J - Q, however we can make rings to any size but they are non returnable and there may be an additional charge for larger sizes. If you would like to order a special sized ring then please phone us on 0121 2331468 or e-mail us at enquiries@hathawaystyles.co.uk for an initial quote.

Making A Purchase

It should be noted that all of our products are subject to availability, all of the measurements shown are approximate and any weights shown are minimum weights.

All prices are Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

We accept credit card payments from Mastercard and VISA, and these are verified by Mastercard Secure Code and Verified by VISA. We also accept Debit Cards.

You may send your credit/debit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet.

We only accept orders from the UK.

Items will not be charged for until they are ready to dispatch, unless a special order has been placed i.e. special sized ring, then full payment will be taken.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to have your jewellery ready within 5-7 working days of receiving your order, although at peak times such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas we may take slightly longer.

Your order will be sent using the Royal Mail’s Next Day Special Delivery Service.

If your address is within mainland UK you should receive your order approximately 1 day after we have e-mailed your dispatch notice. If you live in other parts of the UK then you should expect your order to arrive within 2-4 working days after receiving your dispatch notice.

We will e-mail you to let you know how the order is coming along and when we have dispatched it to you. If you have not received your order within 5 days of being notified of its dispatch, then please contact us immediately on 0121 2331468 or email us support@hathawaystyles.co.uk.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Hathaway Styles Ltd guarantees their products for a period of twelve months. We will repair any item that is found to be defective in any way and is due to a fault in manufacture.

This guarantee excludes any damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse.

Faulty goods will need to be returned to us for inspection, you must arrange for delivery to us once you have notified us by email support@hathawaystyles.co.uk or by telephoning or writing to us. Any problems will be dealt with quickly, either by repair or in extreme circumstances will be fully replaced. If a product is found to be faulty we will pay for its return delivery, non faulty goods will require delivery costs to be covered by you. Personal collection is not available, we have trade only premises.

This guarantee does not affect your statuary rights under the Sale of Goods Act.

Returns Policy

Hathaway Styles Ltd offers a 21 day money back guarantee on all products.

If you contact us within 7 days you will qualify for free insured returns. If you do not contact us within 7 days and you wish to return an item you will have to do so at your own cost. Your parcel will be your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We do ask that the product(s) are in the same condition as they were when received by you.

If a product is found to be faulty we will offer a full refund or replacement at your request.

Whatever your reason for returning our jewellery, it must be returned to us within 21 days after receiving the product. Information on how to return an item can be found at our Returns Procedure.

You will receive your refund within 15 working days.
